She brings an impressive corporate resume and global awards. 

 Her super-power lies in her ability to deeply connect with people. 

  • Izabela is a master at unleashing and harnessing confidence and performance in those she works with.
  • She is a co-founder & coach at Bluewater and an expert in all things sales & marketing and personal mastery. 
  • She has 20 years experience leading teams and building many of the consumer brands we use every day. 
  • Izabela's professional pedigree is Fortune 100 but her purpose in life is to coach and inspire excellence in women everywhere. 
  • As an expert in time management and mindfulness, Izabela balances work-life with a heavy emphasis on LIVING. 
  • She serves as President of the real estate firm she co-founded and is a proud mom of three, high energy kids. 
  • In her spare time she leads wellness initiatives within her local business and youth community and serves on Board of Directors at Distress Centre Halton.

Dave Kvesic


Dave is leadership, business & team performance obsessed. 

   He brings 25 years experience in sales, team leadership and 

coaching in Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial organizations.

  • Dave has a unique ability to understand, connect with and reveal the primary motivations of the people he works with.
